Metebelis III is a planet in the Acteon Galaxy that was attempted to be colonized by humans. Metebelis III is home to the giant spiders.

Metebelis III is a barren world with cliffs and canyons.

A human ship crashed on Metebelis. The humans survived as did some sheep, but so did spiders. The spiders found the Blue Crystals of the planet, which allowed them to grow in size and become telepathic and have powers. They took control of the planet.
