The Gorn Hegemony was the ruling body of the alien race known as the Gorn in the Star Trek universe. They were first encountered by the Federation in 2267.
The first encounter with the Hegemony resulted in a battle between Captain James Kirk and the captain of the Gorn ship that the Enterprise chased from Cestus III.
