The wealthiest beings in the universe gathered aboard the station to watch the event, including trees of the Forest of Cheem, the Face of Boe, the Moxx of Balhoon, the Adherents of the Repeated Meme, the Ambassadors of the City-state of Binding Light, the Scholars of the University of Rago Rago 56 Rago, and the Lady Cassandra O'Brien Dot Delta Seventeen. Two other guests were the Doctor and Rose Tyler, who was on her firt trip through time.
