Cheyenne Mountain Complex is a United States military base located outside of Colorado Springs, Colorado. It has been seen in multiple science fiction stories and franchises.
Stargate[]
Throughout the Stargate franchise the Cheyenne Mountian Complex has been the home of the Tau'ri Stargate Program since 1997. Notably, it has been featured in Stargate SG-1. The stargate itself was transported to the base sometime after the events of the movie (although it could be that the Creek Mountian Installation from the movie was retconned to be Cheyenne).
Interstellar[]
In the film Interstellar NASA used the installation as a secret base for the project to save humanity.
