"Davros, if you had created a virus in your laboratory, something contagious and infectious, that killed on contact, a virus that would destroy all other forms of life, would you allow its use?"

"An interesting conjecture."

"But would you do it?"

"The only living thing, a microscopic organism, reigning supreme. A fascinating idea."

"But would you do it?"

"Yes Yes. To hold in my hand a capsule that contained such power. to know that life and death on such a scale was my choice. To know that the tiny pressure of my thumb enough to break the glass, would end everything. Yes. I would do it. That power would set me up above the gods. And through the Daleks, I shall have that power!" -Genesis of the Daleks

The Doctor and Davros Edit

Whatever the relationship between the Last of the Time Lords and the last-known Kaled, one thing is clear; these two geniuses have clashed time and again.

Character Edit

Scarred by the horrendous mutilations brought about by the unrestricted use of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons during the millennia-long Kaled-Thal war on Skaro, Davros' resentment of those still-mobile translated into an undying hatred that he attempted to direct into his work as a high-ranking scientist in the Kaled's R&D division.

Megalomaniacal and clinically insane, Davros' ambitions of Dalek superiority has led to repeated attempts at conquest and widespread genocide.

Creating the Daleks Edit

A combination of concern and ambition had Davros exploring the possible final form of the mutations created by the exotic weaponry used during the Kaled-Thal war on Skaro. In an effort to preserve what he saw as an inevitability, he invented a travel machine/life support system based, off of his own mobile robotic wheelchair, powered by static electricity generated through the trans-solar discs at the base of the outer casing of the Dalek armor. The powerful directed-energy-weapon installed into the casing is capable of forcibly rearranging the internal organs of any organic being that it hits.
