- A Bajoran religious leader, Kai Taluno, travels through the Denorios belt and his ship experiences a severe malfunction, stranding him for several days. While stranded he claimed that “the heavens opened up”, coming very close to swallowing his ship. This is one of many experiences that would lead to the discovery of the Bajoran wormhole in 2369, when it is identified as the Celestial Temple of the Prophets.
- A Klingon vessel escapes the Delphic Expanse. Its crew is anatomically inverted, but is still alive.
