What are the best sci-f PC games with a "cyberpunk" aesthetic?

A lot of the best sci-fi games can be loosely identified as cyberpunk due to their dark aesthetics and thematic content. What are some good examples of this type of sci-fi game genre?

For examples of this type of game, check out the entries on this list: http://www.gamersdecide.com/pc-game-news/best-cyberpunk-games-pc

How Do We Identify An Article's Franchise

In reviewing the 1600 articles on this wiki, I've already noticed a divergence in how topics' franchises are identified. Some articles use a category. Others use a 'Universe' label in an Infobox. This is probably something that needs to be decided early, so I put it up for discussion.
My feeling is it should be done with a category rather than with an Infobox, otherwise the use of the Infobox will be inconsistent. For example, 'Star Wars' would clearly need a 'Universe' tag in it's Infobox, but 'Forbidden Planet' would not. Novels have a similar problem.

Whitner Nutting Bissell

Let's face it, Whit Bissell was one of a kind. Few actors are as good as Whit was. He was in so many great movies and has a very distinct voice.

The Collaborative Writing Project: The Great Star-ship Battle continued as per talk page.

See this for the back story- http://scifi.wikia.com/wiki/Talk:The_Collaborative_Writing_Project:_The_Great_Starship_Battle#Quick_note_for_anyone_interested_in_continuing_this_story!
Wedge Antilles enters the story line as he flys from the surface of the distant forest moon of Cleavack wondering what the hell was going on. The com's traffic was heavy and it seamed like a war had broken out.
Spock stayed behind, with Yoda and Jarjar Binks in Spock's Jellyfish ship. Wedge finds the empty and moderately damaged Battelstar Battlestar Athena, boards it and finds it empty and abandoned except for a few  DEAD replicators and a few DEAD crewmen.
A lightly damaged Slave 1 was abandoned and floating about by it. In the far distance he can see a damaged Battlestar Atlantia adrift and abandoned like the Athena.
A few small peaces of debris from the USS Enterprise's inner hull also drift past. He stabilizes the Athena's position in geo-sycrinose orbit with the planet, with Slave 1 left in suite, and returns to Spock, Yoda and Jarjar Binks. Skagra's Invisible Spaceship was parked next to Spock's Jellyfish.
What happens next is up to others to write.

A couple of rules for this board.

Hello!
I just need to say that there are a couple of rules for this particular board. As well as sticking to the wikia Terms of Use, I wanted to clarify what this means in terms of sharing fanfic and art.
Firstly, after asking staff for clarification, they've said that a good guide is for anything posted here or linked to from here to be rated no higher than teen/PG-13. Wikia are generally more flexible when it comes to violence, but any sexual content must fall within that rating. If the site you are linking to contains material rated higher than that elsewhere that's fine as long as you're not directly linking to it.
Secondly, if you are recommending work that isn't your own, please link to the fic or art rather than reposting it. That way the person who created it can get full credit and any comments that people want to leave can also be directed to them.
